Contacting us

Our contact page includes a form for general home-service inquiries. When the form is available, it asks for your name, email, the service you need, preferred response method, and your agreement to this notice. A phone number, city or ZIP code, and a brief description are optional unless you request a phone response. If form submissions are temporarily disabled, the form will say so. You may also email [email protected].

Please do not send diagnoses, medical records, financial identifiers, or private client photographs through the website or ordinary email. If more information is needed, we will discuss an appropriate communication method.

How we use inquiry information

EPS uses information you choose to send to respond, discuss estimates and scope, and communicate about requested services. We do not sell inquiry information to advertisers or publish it as a testimonial without separate permission. An inquiry is not a booking or authorization to conduct work.

Hosting, spam protection, and email

Cloudflare hosts this website and may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect it. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent spam. When email delivery is enabled, a transactional email provider processes the inquiry and forwards it to our business inbox at [email protected]. The website does not store inquiries in a separate submission database.

Retention and requests

We retain correspondence as needed to respond to inquiries, manage service relationships, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. To ask about your information, request a correction, or request deletion, contact [email protected]. Some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes.

Separate organizations

Fight the Blight Inc. is a separate nonprofit. The Peer Tree LLC owns the separate Unburied peer-support app. Contacting this home-services business does not enroll you in either organization's programs.
