The exterminator may have a treatment plan, but who helps get the home ready? Preparation can mean hours of sorting, bagging, laundry, cleaning, moving belongings, and making rooms accessible. We handle the difficult physical work with dignity and a plan tailored to the treatment provider's instructions.

We offer hands-on preparation and home recovery services. Any pesticide application is performed by a properly licensed pest-control business under its own service agreement. Heat-based services depend on the setting, equipment, safety assessment, and agreed scope.

Already have a pest-control company? We'll work from its preparation checklist and coordinate the timing of our work. If you don't, we can help you explore independent licensed providers. Chemical treatment stays with the licensed provider.
